Standard Shipping:

All standard orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO & FPO addresses. For these locations, USPS Priority Mail is the only available shipping method.

• Delivery Time: Standard Shipping orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days.
• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 pm PST usually ship the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm PST will ship the following business day.
• Backorders: Any backordered items that ship at a later time will incur no additional shipping charge.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, items may be returned to our warehouse within 15 days of receipt for an exchange, credit, or refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Customer Service: Before returning any items, please contact us at (866) 753-9033 or email Customer Service with the details of your return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and email a shipping label.
2. Use the RMA Label: To ensure proper credit, please use the provided label and RMA# when returning your item.

Refund Timeline:

Returns are processed within 15 business days from receipt. Refunds will be issued to the credit card used at purchase within five business days after processing.

Return Guidelines for Cigars and Accessories:

• Unopened Boxes/Bundles: Full merchandise credit is available for unopened boxes or bundles of 10+ cigars (less shipping).
• Samplers, 5-packs, and Non-Cigar Merchandise: Must be in new, unopened condition, with cigars in their cellophane wrappers.
• Cut or Smoked Cigars: Cannot be returned, as this may affect your refund eligibility.

Please Note:

• Items returned without an RMA# or beyond the 15-day window may incur a 15% restocking fee or be denied credit.
